Visa help, from both directions
We help with two kinds of visas: UAE visit visas for people coming to see you, and travel visas for UAE residents going abroad. Visa rules depend on nationality, residency and the purpose of travel, so the first thing we'll do is check what applies to you.
UAE visit visas
For family and friends visiting the UAE. We'll tell you which visa type fits, the documents needed, and arrange the application.
- Clear colour copy of the visitor's passport
- Recent passport-size photo with a white background
- Return or onward flight booking, if required
- Hotel booking or the host's details, depending on the visa type
Travel visas for UAE residents
We help prepare applications for Schengen countries, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and other destinations. Depending on the country, this can include:
- Checking your documents against the embassy's list
- Filling in the application form
- Booking your appointment at the visa centre
- Flight reservations and hotel bookings for the application
- Travel insurance that meets the embassy's requirements
Please note: the embassy or immigration authority makes the final decision on every visa. We can help you prepare a complete application, but we can't guarantee approval or processing times.
Apply early
Appointment slots for Schengen and UK visas can fill up weeks ahead, especially before summer and the winter holidays. Get in touch as soon as your travel dates are fixed.
